Prompt Automated Response - Usual Inactivity

<p>My post yesterday triggered the usual automated response that I would be contacted before the end of the day. That of course hasn't happened, and of course I'm still a trapped (and *******) Cell C customer. What does it take to get through to them, a billboard?</p>
