PROMOTIONS WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
I got Headsets with a lte simcard promotion. The Headsets didn't work and I took them back to cell c trade route mall. I was told they would be taken back and I would get a call back with update. It's been 2months I have been there several times and the stuff and manager are dissmisive and I have not gotten assistance. They took my photo for promotion for Headsets that didn't work nor in my possession.
