Promises Promises
My original complaint lodged on the 14th of April regarding the out of stock situation of the Mi-Fi data router deal appeared to have been resolved by the 15th with my submission of the relevant documents. A phone call from the call centre confirmed my account had been activated and the devices would be delivered on Monday the 18th. Its now close of business on Tuesday 19th and still no response with a delivery or to my mail sent last night. What on earth is happening??

24 Apr 2016, 04:13Cell C did finally get back to me on Friday 22nd of April. Seems as if we have a no stock situation and I should have been informed. I am on hold now for the next week when I am promised stock should be available. Let's wait and see before we close this case.
