Promises Promises

After an upgrade in August 2014 to a 100mb/100sms/100 minute (R200.00) contract due to my original contract being discontinued I have received NOTHING but grief. I requested a 500mb data bundle (R100.00) to be added onto my contract as their 100mb deal does not suit my needs. So if Im right an amount of R300.00 should be debited off my account right? Wrong - all of a sudden Im being charged extra for Get IT - which I didnt sign up for and have been trying to cancel since SEPTEMBER 2014. On the 2nd of March 2015 (after my deduction) which was another surprise because all of a sudden the amount went up again, I phoned to cancel the Get It yet again, and I also cancelled my 500mb bundle. I was assured that end of March the only deduction will be for the R200.00 contract. Lo and behold they deducted R323.00 AGAIN. On enquiry, apparently the data bundle was cancelled but my data is pro rata'd and I was informed that this deduction was for the data received March - which i cancelled and requested to be removed!!! Get It still hasnt been cancelled. I'm sick of having to phone you every month because of this. I want this matter sorted today.
