Promises not met .... why am I not surprised?

Case number ***<br> <br> I am not even going to say much, except that I refer to the above case number.<br> <br> I was pleasantly surprised when I was emailed by Tebogo Morolong and contacted telephonically by Mpho Ndlovu and it was communicated by both email and telephonically that the deductions were in error and I was promised a refund within 7 days ..... it is now day 20.<br> <br> Why am I not surprised?
