promises not met

i was called by one of the guys at Cell C named Mpho regarding my query, i was promised it was escalated but till now no one has tried to call me again to acknowledge my query, this is bad customer service considering we spent money for such ****, i think its pure ****** or negligence, i really do not blame the guy who put that big poster on a freeway, this is really appalling and disgusting service, and yet you want people to migrate to cell C, i will not advice any one so far to move from their service providers to CELL ****
