Promises not kept and poor service

Good day,<br> <br> I app**** to for new contract on the 19/10/2015 and every time when I make a follow up they give me different story and they took long to answer the phone.<br> I called on 21/10/2015 making a follow up after receiving the sms which say order has been approved SPI*** and the said they are sending package to courier. <br> And called again on 22/10/2015 they said my order is not approved and was send back for correction of package. On Friday afternoon a received a call from customer service and they said my order is approved and will be send to couriers. I called today (26/10/2015) they agent said my order is not yet approved and is still going for quality assurance for approval. <br> I am very confused because every time I call I received different stories. I am asking some to call and tell me what is happening with my order, if is approved / not and when will I receive the order.<br> Thank you<br>
