PROMISES & LIES

<p>I received a call from Cell C’s upgrade dept, spoke to Mpho Radebe who offered me a Samsung J1 mini for R139 for 100 anytime minutes, 100 sms, 100megs, I called the upgrade dept several times to accept the upgrade offer from Mpho, but nobody there could help me, the teamleaders promised to trace the call & get back to me but nobody did, after finally tracking Mpho down, I was told that the offer was only valid for one day, (sounds like a common 419 ****). If this was so, why wasn’t it communicated to me, Mpho told me that she would liaise with her superior regarding the upgrade and get back to me, todate nobody from CellC has contacted me, I’m still waiting.</p>
