Promises by Cell C
Again I have the same problem with Cell C making promises and do not keep them. They have suspended my account for non payment of an amount that is sitting on my account due to a mistake on their side. Last time I had the same problem and a lady from Cell C by the name of Pisilla call me back and after listening to all recordings admitted they made a mistake. We agreed that unfortunately I will have to pay an amount of R573 but that I can pay that in monthly installments of R50 or R100, Now suddenly my account is suspended again, Please this can not carry on totally unaccepted

22 Dec 2021, 06:32On Friday 17 Dec Cell C said there support team will assist me Yesterday 21 Dec I have again paid the account in full but still no one from Cell C contact me and my account is still suspended. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED
