Promises, but NO action!
After my contract had to be cancelled as requested and never processed, I was promised by customer service that my request would be processed on Friday, 08/05/2015. I was assured that it would be processed the same day and requested a confirmation email about our conversation about the payment details and have been waiting for this email since Friday afternoon.
