Promised to respond to inquiry - never did

Having problems with cell C reception in my area. Asked for assistance and was told on 10/08 that I would get a response within 48 hours (incident number 170 ********** 52). I still have no response from Cell C and my problem still persists. I don't usually complain but am really disappointed with this service.
