promised goods with No reply!!!!

On the 25th september I was there to upgrade my contract,I took the huawei 7 and Porsha said for taking this contract and phone I will be receiving a free bluetooth ear set but they must order it.<br> Cellc said I will receive it in one week.<br> One month passed I gave them time and did not hassel cellc on it.<br> I phoned 2 weeks back and spoke to lucky he said cellc is not going to give me the device because the lady is not working there anymore and then he said he is not giving it because the promo is off.<br> I then asked if the manager can phone me gave him my number and again he said the manager will phone me before they close, I am still waiting for service.<br> <br> This is so unacceptable!!!!
