Promised Free Month But Instead Paying Extra Month

Cell C had made contact, promised a free month's subscription to make up for their tardiness. Its been 2 months since I posted this and I have not received a free month and they have also charged for an extra month weeks after my account was closed. So guess who has to now take time out of a busy working day to try to get through, speak to countless operators and explain the situation before I get put through to someone who can help me. I strongly recommend to anyone out there to go on prepaid. These cell phone providers are beyond inadequate!!!
