Promised Delivery Friday, NO DELIVERY

<p>I am so disappointed in Cell C, my phone was to be deliverd on Friday already its Tuesday now still no phone I actually feel like i just want to cancel the contract. The excuse was time on Friday times were arranged yesterday. Guess what no pitch what is wrong with you??? </p>
