Promised but not deliver

<p>I recently had a big fight with Cell C about me driving up and down to Cape Gate to collect my phone which was at repairs. I explained to Sikombuzo that i had to pay someone R100 to take me to Cape Gate to collect the repaired phone. He told me that Cell C will give the R100 back and they will deduct the R100 from my account. I received my account and noticed that it is R392.43. I called Cell C just now, spoke to Nombile and she told me that Cell C did not reimburse me with the promised R100. On 2 occassoins i was sent to Cape Gate for nothing, and on 2 occasions i paid people R100 which was actually R200 that i wasted. Cell C is making empty promises again...i am not happy with it, i want the R100 been deducted from my current account as promised.</p> <p>I am thinking of cancel my account with Cell C as i dont get satifaction</p>
