PROMISED A CALL BACK NEVER RECIEVED ONE

On the 2015/02/17 i called cell c call centre to process my Sim swap and they said someone will get a hold of me and they did but i was unable to answer so they provided me with reference number *** so that if i miss a call i must call back provide them with the reference so that they can pick up my query and i called back i spoke to a lady which i forgot her name she told me wrong information that the back office department work up till 18:00 and i said send a request for to call me back at 17:10 never received the call i took the initiative again morning the 2015/02/18 to process i spoke to a lady again which said that she will send a request so that they can call me at 09:00 but they didn't at 11:00 i called them and i spoke to Thulani Sibiya before i spoke to him i wanted to speak to a supervisor which was busy to take my call and i was put on hold then thulani told me that the supervisor will get back to me at 11:30 up till close of business i haven't received a call from cell c about my Sim swap what a bad services and i am paying my account every month which i haven't used since i lost my phone.very very disappointed in cell c i will never ever recommend it to anyone
