Promise promises good service

<p>My mother has a contract with CellC which she has had for many years and I often go with her to the stores when she needs help or an upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>We often walk out CellC shops thinking that we need to change her cellphone provider as the service is so bad and rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>But today that all changed thanks to Promise at CellC Rosebank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Promise greeted us immediately as we entered the store and offered to help us.</p> <p> </p> <p>She took her time to explain what we had concerns about and offered advice on the problem. Once we had sorted the problem she explained everything, helped set us up and sorted out all the other concerns in detail and with a smile on her face.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service that we received from Promise was over and above and renewed our confidence in CellC.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was a joy being served by her and we walked out with smiles on our faces!</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done and thank you so much Promise!!!</p>
