Promise not kept

On the 3rd of december i wrote a complain about cellc and the content charged and never subscribed to a lady by the name daniella called and promised to reverse all these charges till date nothing has been done. end of November and December i paid for these charges which i was promised they were gonna be reversed, now its January and after numerous e mails to daniella to keep her promise nothing has been done, very disappointing indeed, Cellc is not ayoba. promise breakers, lie sellers
