Profile fix

Good morning Last week I have written a review. The lady come back to me and said I can go to a Cell C shop that they will assist me to get my Profile on my number. I was Friday at a shop ,first the lady tell me the system is off and when I say I will wait, she was the whole time on whatsapp and then she told me she cannot do it when the system miraculously come online. This was the third time Cell C shop don't assist me right. This was at Oakf****s shopping centre in Benoni. What is so hard to put my Profile bank on my Cell no. I have this number for more than 30 years ,why now they can't fix it thank you
