Profile error
Cell c made a mistake on my profile, and now I can't take out any new contact or end my old one. I went to Carlswald store on 29 Sep, logged a call got a reference number and still 2 months no one in the legal team done anything about it

19 Nov 2021, 14:41Kindly note I am at cell c office connect, with a cell c agent called Godfrey who cannot get hold of anyone at your legal department. I am waiting for a ticket since Sep 29 where cell c has marked me as deceased in error and I am not dead. Because of this I cannot upgrade or cancel my contract. Ridiculous, you go to head office and they can't get hold of the legal team and still no help. A joke absolutely ridiculous service. I have paid an extra 100 Rand per month on my contact for 3 months.
