**** products/laptops that manufactures don’t recognise and your products don’t have warranty

I’m very disappointed with Cell C, you sell **** items and lie to customers that your items have warranty however your items don’t really have warranty, I’m stuck with a laptop that I’m still paying for and will still be paying for for the next 2 years,however the laptop does not even switch on , it’s just black, I have been fighting with Cell C to assist till date nothing is done, it’s been 6 months, they talk about how their warranty company is outsourced and a lot of things that were not explained at sales stage. People must be warned about your products , the manufacturers don’t recognised the items using the serial numbers brought from you
