Product Shop having a not so good time

Cell C, are you aware that Product Shop (so-called) is still operating and making promises regarding Cell C contract reductions? After I had reversed - with the help of my bank - the debit orders that went off twice (!), they had the audacity to contact me again to tell me to update my information or risk being listed because debit orders do not go through. This time I was prepared and gave the guy a good hard time...eventually he ended the call with a chuckle and said he will go "update" the next client. Cell C, how do ******** get the information in the first place?
