Product shop and cell c ********

Product shop is some bull ****, an agent called me explaining me that their discounting me on my cell phone contract a *** something rand and the months on my contact remains the same. I agreed the idiot I am just to find out the ****ers are charging me R*** after the agent forward me an email with the details of them stating why their charging me that. I then immediately called their call centre a few minutes after I agreed telephonically to take up the discount. I explained to the agent that I just signed up with u guys but after reading through the email I received I noticed that you guys are going to charge me and I feel that ur agent manipulated me in thinking that she is from cell c and I am receiving a discount, so I would like to cancel. The agent canceled me but stated that it takes ** days for it to clear and that I am still going to be billed date I agreed upon. What bulll **** is that ****en ******.
