Product promised with upgrade not delivered

Data promised as part of my contract upgrade not loaded on my account. Made calls to the call Centre on 4 occasions to query and a case has been logged, escalated but still no feedback or answer can be given as to why Cell C's part of the deal is not being upheld. To put the cherry on the top I get an sms to remind me that my debit order will go through 28.02!! I pay my account every month for the last 10 years but am not receiving the products and services I'm paying for! How is this fair??? Asked to speak to a supervisor today but after being on hold for about 15 min no one could give me feedback so obviously avoided speaking to me. Appalled by the abysmal service received after 10 years as a loyal customer. Will definitely by looking for a new cellular provider!
