Produce proof i will pay or s**** the ACCOUNT

I am tired of writting to you, with the same problem. You cant produce proof of IP ADDRESSES but you want me to pay? I refuse to throw my money away. I am asking you to produce the proof and i will pay but if you cant, please s**** this account. The next step will be the Ombudsman as you are failing to produce but you are very quick to send your Debt Collectors. I am very angry with CELL C and i cant even believe they way i used to tell my friends how good the CELL C is.
