processing a claim for my handset

For the whole 2 years I had nothing but problems with cell c outsource company they using for the insurance.I last my phone I put through the claim paid my excess fee called through to ask if they received they advised they have nothing even after a couple of days. Totally ******** they put u on hold for a half an hour they come back to you just to ask what did I want again then place me on hold for another 30min waiting on a manager. I hope nobody sign up with cell c cause I know I will neva again.
