Proceed with contract cancellation effective immediately

Last month I spoke to a guy who told me the day listen to a recording when I took out my contract and they confirmed that I got wrong information and he told me that that my contact can be canceled effective immediately and my number be put on prepaid with no charge as I got wrong information I initially decided okay I'll keep the contract but now after thinking about it I decided that he should go through what the cancellation as the consultant me wrong information and it's a contract I generally didn't want it so please go ahead with cancel the contract effective immediately he even confirmed that there wil be no cancellation fees and I'm sure there's a record of the call he and I had last month
