Problems that keep happening

I have had problems with Cell C for almost 3 months now. Every time they say they have fixed the problem, the problem remains. I Hello Petered them previously and a lady named Palesa Nhlapo called me and sorted it out. Then the fiber payment that I never requested and that she said would not happen again went off my account she completely ignored my emails. Today, I received my data bundle but not my talk minutes. A problem that happened last month and that I was told was fixed. Please assist urgently and fix both my issues one and for all.
