Problems problems problems!!!!!

My cellphone contract is over end of this month. I've been cancelling my contract as supposed to and even paid an amount to cancel it straight away, but according to Cell C has no records of my phone calls and me paying the amount as requested for the immediate cancelling of my contract beginning of last month already. Now the lady who I spoke said that there is no record of me cancelling the contract and that I need to phone in next month to arrange cancellation because they request a month period for all cancellations. This is bull**** and I'm totally over Cell C, will never in my life refer anyone to Cell C as this is like I said bull****!!!!
