Problem with Glocell/Cell C
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I need some help. I had a contract with Autopage wich then moved to Glocell. From the 28th of April I have NO SERVICE on my cellphone. I have phoned Glocell 10 times already,no one can assist me or give me an answer. The said I must do a swim swop for which I must pay R130 (even if this is not my fault,I didnt ask to be moved to Glocell). I did 2 sim swops already and still I have NO SERVICE!!! I have also phoned Cell C and they said they wont be able to assist me because I have a contract with Glocell. If I want to cancel my contract I have to buy it out(I dont have a handset attached to the contract) so now Im stuck with NO SERVICE for the next 21 months because no one is able to assist me. My husband also having exactly the same problem on his phone and he is also Autopage/Cell C customer.</span></p>

12 May 2016, 04:54Thank you very much. The situation is till the same with "no service". My Cell C no is *** and my husband (also struggling with exactly the same problem) ***. You wont be able to contact me on my phone,my email address is ***. Maybe it's a fault in the area,by we have lived here for 5 years now and newer had a problem. We live near n small town called Derby in North West.
