Problem with cancellation
I cancelled my account on the 25/02/2015, and I was told that it will be done and converted to prepaid on the 01/04/2015, given the reference ***. But today I received a call that my account is still active and I am due for an upgrade. I would like this account to be closed as I required asap. I followed all Cell C rules to get this matter resolved, but nothing has been done.
