Problem still not resolved .

I have received calls from Cell C yes, but still not happy with the service that I have received and every time I have had a call I have been told its not a problem with them.... when I was told that it was not my device by a Cell C technician, however, I am still with this problem, I can't send text message because when I do the person who I have messages too only get the messages the next day, when I receive messages and then restart my phone I receive the messages about 2 / 3 times, and that is every time I restart my phone, I do not know what is going on and I am really tired of trying to sort out the problem with Cell C, since the 30th October 2015 I have been asking to help sort I do not know what is going on and I have lost money with regards to this I am not happy at all. <br> <br> This needs to come to an end.<br> <br> Unhappy customer
