Thank you Cell C, I had an bill dispute which has been resolved. CellC reviewed it and after a few weeks, almost a month, the issue has been taken care of. I had to contact a lot of people, and phone cell c a few times but all in all the they have sorted the issue out. Unfortunately you have lost a customer but would like to thank you for your service Cell C.

Following this I have yet again a problem with Cell C. On request to settle my account, CELL C advised me to pay an amount of R666 with a letter head from my business to request contract to be canceled. No problem I completed & payed the amount, Cell C respond by notifying me that my line has been canceled, Email dates 31 Jan and Keneilwe sent the mail. Beginning of this month, March 01. I’ve had CELL C DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT OF AN ADDITIONAL R666! I have proof of payment and evidence you received it yet MORE money has debited off my bank account since my contract/line with cell c has been canceled. I’ve been having problems with Cell C since Jan 1st.. this is unacceptable.
