Problem solved at last.
If it wasn't for helopeter, this problem would never have been solved. I struggled for months on end, talking to many different agents, with no success, and one of them, extrenely rude to me. After my 1st review on helopeter, Tracy from Cell C was the first person to help me solve the problem. Thanks to helopeter and Tracy.
