Probably the worst telecomms business in South Africa

To say I'm appalled by this business would an understatement. I had a contract with Cell C for mobile internet and someone came and took a device under my existing contract while these people had my legitimate documents on their system. I've reported the ***** and submitted all the documentation they requested to start a ***** investigation. In two weeks, have received no help from cell c, no reference number for the case, just an invoice for R 4300 on a contract I pay R360 for.
