Private and personal details leaked to third party

Vusmuzi Dube from SellDirect contacted me and offered to sell me upgrades to my Cell C contracts. They had ALL my personal and private details and knew exactly what phones I had, which contract packages I was on and when my upgrades was due. They did NOT identify themselves as Selldirect and made me understand that they were indeed the upgrade department of Cell C.<br> I want to know if it is legal for Cell C to have given this company access to my private and confidential information.
