Prisoner not allowed to Cancel Contract
My husband has recently been sentenced to prison. As I have full power of attorney, Cell C claims that there is no way that they will be able to cancel his contract on reasonable terms. I am not employed so I can not pay his contract. I have sent numerous emails, with no satisfactory outcome! Shame on you CELL C. To force a person who is in prison, and have no source of income, to pay!

Thank you for contacting Cell C.
We sympathize with you and your family. Your husband did sign up for contracts for months which need to be fulfilled.
We can assist with providing you with the settlement amount for his contracts and once payment is made we can assist with the cancellation.
