Pricing gets changed without informing all customers

i will always bought a watsapp bundle from cell c and today i got a sms saying i have reached my fair usage limit of whatsapp data then when i phoned the call center i was informed that a message went out in Sep 17 about changers in bundle in which i did not receive. this is a big inconveniences for me and i lot of other customers.
