price increased after I signed a fixed contract
I have three agreements with Cell C, all for 24 months, guess what, my tarrifs was increased n provider claims they sent price adjustment sms. Now what us the use of an agreement, if you can just increase your prices. If this is not reversed, I WILL Cancel all my agreements!

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
