PRICE INCREASE WITHOUT NOTICE

CellC breached my contract with them by increasing the cost of services on two of my contracts without providing notice in-advance specifying so. The one contract was already terminated due to a busted upgrade process which wasn't working out.<br> <br> Now we've been trying to terminate the contract and this is what's happened:<br> 1. Was called and told they did send notice. Was told they would check with some department to make sure it was.<br> 2. Was called and told they did send notice without being told if this was verified.<br> 3. Checked both my cellphones because I never delete SMSs - found nothing from CellC between Jan & Feb 2015 saying anything about an increase.<br> 4. CellC offered to terminate the contract without cancellation fees if we handed in the handset to them.<br> 5. CellC called the contract number ***) which is used by my son instead of calling me on *** as advised.<br> 6. CellC told my son then and told me again today that they can't let me hand in the phone and terminate without cancellation fees.<br> <br> I'm taking this to the Consumer Protector for further action. You people have put me through nothing but hell the past year: ******* blacklisting, messed up upgrades & now this.
