PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION
On 06/08/2020 I received my monthly Cell C statement and noticed my monthly invoice total increase from R907-01 (July 2020) to R949- (Aug 2020). an increase of R41-99- I immediately send an email 07/08/2020 time 09:24 of which I received not reply to date. I queried the increase and no notification of increase. I receive monthly statements timeously and my debit order is deducted monthly, BUT no notification of any increase in monthly billing. Also contacted the contact center and spoke to Thembiso (***), who was not able to able to assist with enquiry and providing proof of increase in monthly billing correspondence
