Price increase
<p>I dont anderstand why cellc increase contract instalments whereas the contract says i will be paying 269 over 24 months. Without a notice given to its clients...for that reason i will never ever take up contract with cellc</p>
The terms and conditions of the contract state that Cell C has the option of varying any of its charges from time to time by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing. Communication (SMSes ) were sent on the 22nd and 23rd of December 2016 notifying customers about the changes.
