Price ''Glitch'' on Website
I saw a special on the Cell C website for a Huawei phone and watch.I placed the order and I couldnt proceed to the banking details page.I then called Cell C and spoke to a consultant.He was not aware of the special as stated on their website so he said he would send an email to his superior and revert back to me.That was on Friday and I still havent heard from them.I have proof of what I saw on the website and I want the special as advertised..For someone who has been with Cell C for so long,I am actually dissapointed.If the ad was as a result of an error then that has nothing to do with me,It shouldnt affect me as the consumer.I cannot be expected to pay more when I have proof of what was advertised...

I am aware that the online and Cell C direct have different specials,the only reason I called was because I couldnt get past the stage of inputting bank details.48hrs hours later,no one has called me..
