Price changed again on a contract without notice

In October 2015 I agreed to a cell phone contract for R205.32 When the phone finally arrived end December 2016 it seems the price had gone up without them telling me. After a long story and reporting the problem here on hellopeter, I got a once off credit of R328.32 so that the new price would be the new contract not the original quote. This part is fine and good.

End of March 2016 this is the first time I see the real cost of the contract which is now mysteriously R225. not the R219 that I have agreed to after the previous hellopeter report.

While I realize that this is only R6 I find it dishonest in the extreme or downright *****ulant to change the price on the contract. Effectively this means the R219 agreed to never happened and it seems to be R225 every month it was just previously hidden by the credit.

Dishonesty needs to be removed from our society on every level. While I realise cell c may feel the need to get back at me for holding them to the quote, this sneaky dishonest way to recoup is a bad idea. It is still not my fault that the phone was not delivered in October at the agreed price.

I did give Phindiwe the chance to fix this. She did phone me today.
