previous promisses never kept

a while ago i complained about my line that was cut of while i did pay. after a while a lady from cell c phoned me and promised me that to resolve the situation cell c will give me a month of free services on my data line open-line and on my cell phone contracts ***1 my number. nothing happened and when i phoned on the 23 of December i was told by ann marie that i don't have to worry cell c owed me money as my account is in credit and no debit order will go off on the 15 January 2016. yet it did . when i phoned today i was once again treated like a idiot by everybody trying to explain to me why i am paying and for what and nobody is interested in the credit i was promised. so please answer me what is going on or are you wanting me to go to a another supplier after all these years ewert matthee
