previous complaint not resolved

I have logged a previous complaint regarding the undiscolsed billing practices. I rep**** to you feedback from the your company but to date no action received further. I also advise I comented on the original complaint. Kindly note my account is now at a great balance and I refuse to comit to a payment until this issue is resolved. This needs to be investigated and not just feedback given!!!! I have had the different versions regarding this matter. I have also requested that the USSD code balances be made public for me to prove my case ( please note this is your funtionality we all C cell customers use) And yes you should be able to retriew or the serverce should be deemed eligal.(false information with no proof)
