On Monday 28, 2017, when I tried to make a few phone calls, I found that cell c had blocked my account service. (I was furious!). When I called the customer care, I was shocked to discover why it was blocked. Apparently on Sunday 27, someone had tried to do a sim swop on my number, but failed the security questions. Cell c then blocked my account so that I could contact them. Imagine if they didn't block my account it what could have happened.
I have always fought with them about the security questions, but today I am thankful.
