PRESCRIBED LETTER - AGENTS DON'T EVEN NO WHAT THIS IS!!!!!!!

<p>I contacted the centre and nobody wants to assist me with my prescribed letter, dropped phones screaming that I must pay my account they dont care</p>

WORST THAN ****ED OF NO WONDER NO ONES WANTS CELL C,I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT PATRICK HIS PHONE IS OFF, TRIED CALL CENTRE FIVE TIMES THEY CANNOT HEAR ME BUT BUSY TALKING STORIES WITH COLLEGUES, I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY MOSES MO***ENG PLEASE CALL ME
