Prepaid service suspended (number blocked)allegedly by me

<p>On Wednesday the 1st of feb, I noticed that I didn't have internet access, and also couldn't make or receive calls for 2hr30 min despite having data and airtime, after trying every trick possible, I decided to call customer care(the only number I could call). Lerato told me that I had called them to block my number(is it even possible? Since am using a prepaid sim)I was asked a string of security questions to get my number unblocked. I got then called 084145 (as I was told that's the department that blocked my number)I spoke to lucky,later lesego, who managed to get me the supervisor"mlungisi" who promised to investigate and let me know on what grounds my phone was blocked, and by who. At 18:38 I got a text saying they tried contacting me and I was unavailable, on calling immediately after, I was told he "mlungisi" knocked off. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just want an explaination as to why I was deprived of my service, I was greatly inconvenienced, I rely on my phone a lot, I don't want to be left stranded as I Uber a lot, now am even considering porting to Telkom co z cell c is not giving me answers ....</p>
