Prepaid Data Missing
I purchased a 50GB data bundle on 27 November 2020, and again on 5 January 2021. Each data bundle came with 50GB free Nite Time data, as part of their Black Friday special which ends on 31 January 2021. These bundles are, according to the website, valid for 6 months / 180 days. My balance at the end of last week was 182339MB, yesterday it was 124000MB. What has happened to the data??? There is no way I used up so much data, so I can only deduce that Cell C 'took back' data. Until I get a reasonable detailed explanation - this review remains at 1 star.
